SPHS-Employee Health Services
The Manager of Employee Health Services will:
- Develop and implement health and wellness programs for employees, including emergency treatment plans.
- Conduct health assessments and screenings to identify potential health risks for candidates and employees.
- Chair tasks force to improve health education and resources to employees on topics such as violence prevention and back care.
- Collaborate with healthcare, administrative, and operational partners to coordinate all employee health services.
- Manage workplace safety programs to prevent injuries and promote a healthy work environment including the preparation and presentation of statistical reports to applicable Committees on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program with BSN.
- Currently registered/licensed nurse in New Jersey; APN preferred.
- Two (2) or more years nursing experience.
- Four (4) years experience in a hospital or acute care delivery environment.
- Certification in occupational health preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year occupational health experience.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- BLS Certification required, as approved by the American Heart Association
