The United States Naval Academy Alumni Association & Foundation is searching for a Communications and Digital Engagement Strategy Lead.
This position is based in historic Annapolis at our current offices located next to the beautiful grounds of the U.S. Naval Academy. In 2023, the staff of the Alumni Association & Foundation moved into the new Fleugel Alumni Center, which was built on the banks of College Creek overlooking the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis.

This position pays a competitive salary, commensurate with experience, and may be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, when applicable. The Communications and Digital Engagement Strategy Lead is imperative to advancing the Enterprise's objectives. This role will be instrumental in aligning messaging with the organization's mission, ensuring that communication efforts are not only impactful but also directly contribute to the realization of the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association and Foundation (USNA AA&F) mission. By developing and implementing strategic communication plans, the Communications and Digital Engagement Strategy Lead will enhance internal and external communication, fostering stronger connections with donors, alumni, and other stakeholders. This strategic approach will contribute to the overall success of the organization by driving unique communication engagement, building stronger connections, and optimizing fundraising initiatives.
The Communications and Digital Engagement Strategy Lead position is responsible for producing strategic direction for communications and digital engagement support of the USNA AA&F mission and telling the Naval Academy story through its alumni. This is a full time, exempt position as part of the USNA AA&F Communications Team, reporting to the Director of Digital Communications.
