Job Description: We are currently seeking experienced and responsible individuals to join our team as Drivers. Drivers play a crucial role in providing transportation services to our clients while upholding the highest standards of safety, customer service, and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport passengers to their destinations in and around Hampton, VA.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and efficient transportation services.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers, including assisting with boarding and disembarking, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle interior and exterior, including regular cleaning and inspection of vehicles.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and report any mechanical issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrival and departure at each destination.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts as required.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate transportation services and respond to service requests promptly.
• Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while representing the company.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a professional driver preferred but not required.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local roads and routes in Hampton, VA.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact courteously and professionally with passengers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lift and carry luggage or other items as needed.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
