Customer Service Representative Overview
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for specific duties as they relate to supporting warehouse function and customer service. This individual will be an essential part to the cornerstone of UST’s growth and success that is built upon the expectation that EVERY team member will Execute Excellence Every time - simply known internally as E3.
Responsibilities
(include, but are not limited to)
- Assists distribution center Managers and Supervisors with daily administrative tasks and other duties as needed
- Ensures drivers are supported while en route and updates supporting documentation
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- Maintains a positive working relationship with all team members
- Maintains accurate invoicing and reporting
- Maintains documentation and records on all interactions with customers and/or vendors
- Provides communication to other departments and/or vendors to support other processes including, but not limited to, routing, claims, and compliance
- Serves as a point of contact for customer support, inquiries, and escalation resolution
Requirements
- Ability to work a schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Possess effective written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
