You Are

The Presentation Engineer will play a crucial role in designing and delivering high-impact presentations that effectively communicate complex ideas and data. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and business acumen to create visually appealing and engaging presentations for various audiences, including executive leadership, clients, and stakeholders.

The Opportunity

• Design and Development: Develop visually compelling PowerPoint presentations that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
• Storytelling: Craft and refine presentation narratives to ensure clear and impactful communication of ideas and data.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives, providing creative solutions to meet their needs.
• Advanced Techniques: Utilize advanced features in PowerPoint and other presentation software, including animation, transitions, multimedia integration, and interactive elements.
• Graphic Design: Create custom graphics, icons, charts, and illustrations to enhance the visual appeal and engagement of presentations.
• Consistency: Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, and messaging across all presentation materials.
• Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in presentation design, implementing innovative ideas to continuously improve presentation quality.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in various design tools and software, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and data visualization tools.

What You Need

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality presentation work.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and familiarity with other design tools such as Apple KeyNote, After Effects, or Sketch.
• Design Expertise: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and data visualization techniques.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and across diverse skill sets and backgrounds.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a high degree of professionalism.
• Portfolio: An impressive portfolio that demonstrates mastery in presentation design and graphic design fundamentals.
• Animation Skills: Knowledge of animation and interactive features in PowerPoint.
• Multimedia Integration: Experience in integrating multimedia elements such as audio, video, and interactive charts.
  
  

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Washington

Compensation Range: $40,000-$60,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits.
