You Are:
We are looking for someone who should have 4-7 years hands-on business process configuration experience with Workday modules like HCM, Talent, Recruiting is mandatory.
The Opportunity:
- Evaluates system enhancement requests, estimates effort and cost of requests. Understands the architecture of new technologies and evaluates them based on the security and privacy IT standards of the company. Presents findings to the internal IT architectural review board.
- Coordinates with Human Resources teams to implement solutions. Provides guidance on system functionalities and limitations for applications like Workday, Saba, Hadoop and ServiceNow.
- Supports system upgrade activities and annual program rollouts (performance evaluation, rewards focal, ESPP enrollment, etc.).
- Manages HR projects and ensures compliance with corporate project methodology.
- Analyzes business requirements or issues, converts analysis to functional specifications, and designs solutions to meet cross functional business requirements or resolve issues.
- Performs and documents software application configuration, prepares and executes testing scenarios and scripts (unit, integration, performance, regression, acceptance) and plans data conversions.
- Delivers projects in area of responsibility within allocated budget, scope, and timeline. May be responsible for planning and executing small to mid-size projects and/or for timely renewal of maintenance and subscription contracts. May serve as a team lead on a larger, complex project.
What you need:
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years project management experience, Agile or PMP certification preferred.
- 4-7 years hands-on business process configuration experience with Workday modules like HCM, Talent, Recruiting is mandatory.
- Hands on experience building Workday reports, integrations and webservices. Understands Workday security features and controls, knowledge of SOX and data privacy regulations.
- Experience working with diverse HR related cloud applications (e.g. benefits, training content providers) and an understanding of how these integrate with core HR systems such as Workday and Saba. Previous experience with Saba and/or ServiceNow is preferred.
- Experience using other data analytics and reporting applications such as Hadoop or Tableau is preferred
- Ability to communication appropriately to multiple levels in the organization, including customers, peers, executives, and upper management. Must be confident and comfortable presenting in front of peers and customers.
- Must possess excellent English communications - both verbal and written.
- Analytical team player, able to learn quickly, comfortable working within a matrix management environment.
- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrated with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small to medium sized projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
- Solves complex problems, takes a new perspective on existing solutions, exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies.
- Ability to explain complex, difficult, or sensitive information to others; works to build consensus.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

California - $56,000/Year - $84,000/Year
