You Are:
UST is looking for a talented and creative Test Analyst for one of the leading healthcare providers in the United States. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing environment. The Test Analyst will work with the Clients; third-party vendors; and onshore and offshore associates to ensure proper testing of all integration and configuration throughout the implementation. Candidate should have excellent technical and communication skills and the ability to engage as part of a team working both physically and virtually. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and the IT leadership team is key to being successful in this role.
The Opportunity:
- Own the definition and execution of overall test strategy, both manual and automated, for the enterprise app and underlying infrastructure.
- Move up and down the stack and become an expert on how different parts of our technology interact with one another.
- Partner with other development teams to create interfaces to enable product/project testability.
- Write code to expand, stabilize, and mature product test automation framework.
- Participate in all product/project development phases from requirements to production.
- Communicate clear recommendations to product owners and stakeholders based on defined test goals, acceptance criteria, and identified risks.
- Champion for a remarkable customer experience within product engineering through product and process improvements.
- Understand the testing effort by analyzing the requirements of the project.
- Define and present the testing strategy to the customer.
- Develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies, and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for this plan.
- Ensure the content and structure of all Testing documents/artifacts are documented and maintained.
- Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization.
- Check / Review the Test scenarios and cases with customers, if needed.
- Keep track of the new requirements/changes in requirements of the Project.
- Track all the dependencies and risks and close them in a timely fashion.
- Organize the status meetings and send the Status Report (Daily, Weekly, etc.) to the Client
- Attend the regular client call and discuss the weekly status with the client.
- Act as the single point of contact between Development and Testers.
- Track and prepare the report of testing activities like test testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines, etc.
- Review various reports prepared by Test leads
- Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones.
- Prepare/update the metrics dashboard at the end of a phase or at the completion of the project.

What you need:
- Requires BA/BS degree in related field or technical institute training
- The candidate should have more than 8 to 9 years of Software Testing experience with a minimum of 2 years in Leading the team
- Two to three years of experience coordinating with offshore team
- Experience with Agile methodologies, tools and JIRA; SCRUM; Git; & BitBucket, MongoDB, SQL, Confluence
- Experience in health care experience is preferred
- FACETS, prior-authorization experience is a plus
- Strong SQL skills required
- Experience in developing test cases and understanding how to build quality test strategies, plans, and cases.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels within Technology, Business, and Operations
- Capability to approach problems as challenges and deal with them constructively while promoting this approach to other team members
- Strong verbal communication skills, both with colleagues and customers, with diverse cultural Backgrounds
- Effective in conveying ideas and messages, both formally and informally, clearly, concisely and Accurately
- Fair experience in Selenium, and automation tools. However, strong exposure to the healthcare domain and SQL
- Able to understand the technology roadmap and deliver cost-effectiveness, business value, and competitiveness
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington as set forth below.
