Assist Sr. Manager, Facility Operations with facility maintenance, Preparation of events, repair projects, among other thinks. Proof of covid vaccination required
Responsibilities

• Build or repair cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, and other wooden fixtures used in buildings, work with carpenters hand tools, and power tools.
• Remove damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repair or replace them using hand tools or power tools.
• Installs locks, knobs, hinges, closures, and other fixtures in the facility.
• Operate and maintain hand & power tools and equipment.
• To perform continuous off-season maintenance assigned on National Campus.
• To perform continuous inspection and cleaning of all storage, electrical & mechanical rooms.
• Perform light electrical & plumbing repairs, painting, drywall and tile as needed.
• Respond to daily maintenance requests (i.e. change light fixtures and bulbs, replace ceiling tiles, repair minor leaks, etc).
• Maintain and repair USTA equipment as needed.
• Maintain and inventory the maintenance equipment and supplies of the National Campus.
• Preventative maintenance on machines.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed
• General carpentry
• Performs basic plumbing and electrical work and determines when further attention is required
• Minor electrical work and repairing of electrical switches
• Respond to customer requests in a professional manner.
• Do routine cheking on the facilities to identify failrure or breakdowns.
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks
• Identify and report the need for major repairs
• Routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues when necessary
• Performs other maintenance duties as assigned
• Must have basic understanding of things work (facility related)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
