Responsibilities
Our UT Health Cancer Institute is seeking an experienced full-time Patient Accounts Representative for Tyler, Texas. We are looking for your experience, knowledge and patient care skills where you will be responsible for:
What You Will Be Doing:
- Responsible for greeting patient's, scheduling appointments, and data entry of patient health information and demographics.
- Charge entry, and collecting patient's due balances.
- Responsible for daily closing and balancing of daily work, bank deposits and faxing to appropriate sources
Qualifications
Education:
- High School diploma required
Experience:
- One year customer service experience
- Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Patient record documentation skills
