Responsibilities
The trauma registrar assists in providing technical and clerical support for the Trauma Services. The
registrar is responsible for data entry into the trauma registry. Summarizes information for
preparation of reports.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved nursing school
- Current OK LVN License
- 1-3 years clerical experience required.
- Completion of Basic Trauma Registrar Course within 1 year.
- Completion of Advanced Trauma Registrar Course within 2 years.
- Completion of AIS Trauma Scoring Course within 2 years.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- 1-3 years in a health care setting desired
