Job Summary
UT Southwestern Medical Center is hiring for Business Operations Analyst, Academic & Business Operations
Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management information systems, or related field.
- In lieu of degree, will consider additional years of experience in Business Operations, Analysis, or significant Information Technology systems and Service Management systems experience. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Visio required.
Job Duties
- Works under moderate supervision to assist with the analysis of business processes and systems, helping to determine optimum operational levels and solutions to maximize efficiency.
- Performs a variety of assignments in work measurement to accomplish objectives.
- Assists with documenting business processes and identifying business operations process improvement opportunities
- Assists with developing, testing, implementing, and documenting business improvement plans
- Assists with creating business operations procedures, communications plans, and training documentation.
- Assists in requirements gathering and project management tasks for business operations improvement projects
- Assists with coordinating multiple projects concurrently 6. Assists with data collection and analysis tasks
- **Other Duties: Performs other duties as assigned.
