Job Title: Associate Community Manager. Department: HOA

Reports to: HOA Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Associate Community Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Community Manager in managing day-to-day operations of our HOA communities, ensuring that they are well-maintained, safe, and desirable places to live.

As an Associate Community Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Community Manager in enforcing HOA rules and regulations, and addressing violations as needed
  • Handling administrative tasks, such as processing rental and sales applications, collecting assessments, and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing excellent customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting regular inspections of the community to identify and address maintenance issues, safety hazards, and other concerns
  • Coordinating with vendors and contractors to provide necessary services and repairs, and managing budgets and expenses for the community
  • Participating in HOA board meetings and providing updates and reports on community operations
  • Supporting the Community Manager in planning and implementing community events and activities

To be successful in this position, you should have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of professional office work experience
  • Knowledge of HOA rules, regulations, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in Google Apps
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
