Overview

The Bakery at Utah State University is hiring a full-time ACA position in a fast paced large volume bakery. Wage DOE. An experienced Baker with bread making emphasis is preferred.

We are searching for a candidate that is willing to go the extra mile and be a strong, dedicated employee and be willing to continually grow and adapt to a fast work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Scaling and mixing of recipes with precision.
  • Folding, dividing, and shaping of the dough.
  • Ability to work with machinery that facilitates the production of bagels, rolls and loaves.
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Able To Work In A Fast Paced Environment
  • Problem Solving
  • Self-Starter

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Baker Experience

    Advertised Salary

    $16.00-20.00 per hour

    Employees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes.  The employee is regularly required to sit and often uses repetitive hand motions. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
