In-Home Family Preservation Specialist

A Families First Specialist goes into families' homes to teach behavioral skills that heal relationships and help create a healthy, stable home environment. We are currently recruiting in Carbon and Emery Counties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (complete or nearing completion) in psychology, social work, criminal justice, or a related field preferred
• Willing to be flexible in accommodating clients' schedules, primarily in afternoon/evening hours
• Professional oral & written communication
• Great organizational & time management skills
• Able to type 40 WPM
• Able to read & write English proficiently
• Strong interpersonal social skills
• Able to solve practical problems, address emotional issues, and deal with a variety of human variables
• Able to drive your own car to get to clients' homes
• Special consideration/additional compensation given to candidates who are bilingual Spanish speakers

Starting Salary: $34,500 ($16.58/hr), negotiable based on experience.
