This is an On-Site position: The IT Manager is a dynamic and proactive leader, responsible for overseeing comprehensive IT projects, clients, and team members. The incumbent must be highly organized, adept in managing IT systems, have systems administration experience and be familiar with network concepts and configurations.This role requires the ability to train staff in new technologies, manage HR processes such as hiring and on boarding, supporting departmental projects, and creating support documentation. The incumbent must be well-versed in IT best practices, MDM solutions, and ITIL processes. Additionally, the IT Manager is expected to build client relationships, maintain a friendly demeanor, and collaborate with leadership to enhance support for the broader university community.
