We are looking for an experienced Sales Force Administrator to join the US Team in greater New Jersey / New York Area. .
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Design, develop, customize and maintain the company’s Salesforce system and methodology, and act as focal point for the company’s Salesforce ecosystem.
- Track and analyze the company’s business processes to identify potential improvements and focus.
- Generate visibility for management and other stakeholders by using data analysis and tools to create dashboards and reports.
- Provide service and consulting to different teams to define and improve new and existing processes and procedures, suggest new tools, automations and integrations
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as Salesforce system admin or similar.
- Familiar with data analysis tools, proficient in Excel.
- Excellent English.
- Understanding of business processes and interfaces both internal and external.
- Ability to lead cross-organizational projects and work with various business functions (Management, Sales, Finance, Operations, Technical Support, Product and more).
- Excellent executioner with high interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well independently.
- Proven analytical skills.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience with development for Salesforce platform (Apex)
- Experience with other business systems like ERP, BI
