Job Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop SharePoint Solutions for clients using on-premise, cloud, and hybrid approaches that leverage SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2010/2013/Office 365.
• Design and Develop SP workflows and manage SP farm Patching and user Security.
• Produce or oversee the production of technical requirements and design deliverables and development and implementation of complete SharePoint solutions.
• Work/lead development, QA effort to support or implement enterprise solutions.
• Effectively communicate and define technology considerations within the context of business requirements with clients and team.
• Identify and establish tools, operating environments, design and development standards, and technical documentation as required.
• Support implementation, Service Delivery, and operational strategies, approaches, and execution.
• Develop, Build, administer, and support custom solutions for the clients.
• Performance tune deployed architectures and related solutions.

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in developing SharePoint 2010/2013/Office 365 solutions for on-premises, cloud, and hybrid deployments.
• Understanding of DNS, ADFS, WAP, DirSync, and Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of SharePoint installation, patching, administration, and Active Directory.
• Experience with federated security solutions.
• Experience working with the MS Azure Cloud.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in SharePoint Services, SharePoint Object Model, Workflow, Info Path, .aspx pages, J-Query, Form Services, KPIs, BDC, Records Management, BI (including Microsoft Power BI), Enterprise Search, Excel Services, SharePoint security model, and Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and above.
• Hands-on experience in creating web parts and lists as part of a customized portal application.
• Experience developing custom applications, workflows, user interfaces, etc.
• Experience building high-quality enterprise-level applications utilizing technologies across all tiers (User Interface, application, service, business domain, and integration).
• Strong understanding of supporting SharePoint technologies, including Windows Server, SQL Server, .NET Framework, IIS, Clustering, NLB, Storage Capabilities, ISA Server, and SQL Reporting.
• Experience in SQL Server, SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Strong familiarity with third-party products available when building SharePoint solutions.
• Flexibility to support the client s issues on a 24/7 basis as per need.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in science or information Technology.
• Five years of related experience.
• Related Microsoft Certifications.
