Pooled Position Limited Tempor - UWIT Help Desk Technician

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: High School Diploma, Working knowledge of reading and writing in the English Language
• Experience:  Customer Service
• Other requirements: Working knowledge of consumer technology

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Our Help Desk Techs are a critical part of providing quality IT services. The most important skills for a Tech in any of the areas below is:

• Willingness to learn
• Communication, both verbal and written
• Motivation to take initiative to find resolutions for incoming requests
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, continually changing technology environment.
• Looking for a candidate who can work morning hours beginning at 8 am.
