Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Office Manager/Retention Specialist. As a Retention Specialist/Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support. This is a full-time position that will require you to have the strong ability to connect to everyone that you meet and motivate them to optimal healing.
Duties:
- Manage patient intake and gather information needed for the provider
- Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with each patient
- Manage the whole facility
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update data base per patient seen
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive measures to improve retention rates
Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Active listening skills
- Ability to effectively guide patient in the right direction
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft
- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire team members towards achieving retention goals
- Strong negotiation skills to retain patients by offering incentives
- Experience in HIGH PRESSURE SALES is a MUST.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
