Qualifications:
* Must have at least 2 years experience plowing with references for drivers
* Have reliable transportation to get to work during winter storms.
* Must be available to work 24/7 depending on weather conditions from November-March
* Have a cell phone that can be reached 24/7.
* Understand and speak fluent English for operators and crew leaders
* Drivers License with good driving background required for Plow Truck Operators.
* Hard working & dependable
