Primary Location: Plano, Texas V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for an Automation Engineer for our premier client in Plano, Texas.
Education and Experience

• Experience: The requirements specify proven experience in UI and API automation testing and creating test frameworks. This ensures that the candidate has the necessary background in automation.
• Tool Familiarity: The candidate should have a strong understanding of tools like Appium, as well as cloud platforms like Perfecto, Seetest, or Saucelabs etc. This demonstrates a need for specific technical skills.
• API Knowledge: Strong understanding of backend services and API testing methodologies is essential for this role.
• Scripting Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java or Python for test automation is a key requirement, indicating a technical aspect of the job.
• CI/CD Experience: Experience with CI/CD pipelines reflects the importance of automation in the software development lifecycle.
• Agile Familiarity: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is mentioned, suggesting a preference for candidates who can work in an Agile environment.
