V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr. Technology Architect - Retail Banking for our premier client in Chicago, Illinois.
Overview:

• As a Sr. Technology Architect, you will collaborate with business and technology partners to align objectives and translate requirements into a practical concrete architecture, employing deep knowledge and understanding of technical design principles and best practices.
• This is an individual contributor role and provides architecture leadership to solution delivery teams on practices, standards and patterns and helps drive innovation across all areas of responsibility, applying expert interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in a technology leadership role, improving and supporting FIS or other core banking software
• Over 5 years of Digital Transformation leadership experience.
• Help to build and enhance the personal banking customer experience.
• Use knowledge and experience to deliver on business objectives, improving processes and creating meaningful value.

• Act as an internal consultant to ensure each solution meets the technical standards, guiding principles and architectural practices to create an extraordinary client experience.
