We have a multitude of projects in the works and are looking to increase our staff with the growing customer demands. The Internet is the new electricity and we are here for it! Although an IT professional is preferred, anyone with a strong background in customer service is encouraged to apply.
Premium Choice Broadband is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for learning about products and services offered by Premium Choice Broadband. Other responsibilities include, providing information to potential clients, opening customer accounts by recording account information, maintaining customer records, and updating account information. Customer Service Representative will also assist customers in resolving product or service issues, asking questions in detail about complaints, determining cause of problem, offering best solution to resolve problems, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure complaint has been resolved.
