Digital Producer

Searching for a dedicated, full-time Digital Producer who enjoys fun projects in the West Los Angeles/Burbank area

V10 Entertainment (V10E) is a private equity-backed media company with three core business areas – Production, Library, and Networks. V10 has an omnichannel approach so that while we continue to grow, we have the distribution pipeline to take advantage of that growth. V10 Networks, one of our core areas, engages over 98 million fans across digital platforms. We specialize in creating compelling content that resonates with a wide audience, from short-form viral videos to long-form scripted content.

As a Digital Producer at V10 Networks, your expertise will develop new formats and creative content for our digital platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, and other social media channels. This role requires a creative mind, a strong understanding of digital media trends, and the ability to produce engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our audience This role is key in ensuring our content captures attention and inspires fans to share it with friends.

To be successful in this hands-on role, you will:

1. Conceptualize and develop new content formats and creative ideas for digital platforms.

2. Manage the production process from ideation to execution, ensuring content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for each platform.

3. Understand the unique requirements and best practices for different social media platforms, including YouTube and Facebook.

4. Tailor content strategies to suit the audience and algorithms of each platform.

5. Stay knowledgeable of emerging trends and technologies in digital media to keep our content fresh and relevant.

6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies, or freelancers as needed to finish projects.

7. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

8. Ensure all content meets high-quality standards and aligns with brand guidelines.

9. Iterate on content based on performance data and audience feedback.

10. Embrace a culture of innovation and experimentation in content creation.

11. Regularly propose and test new ideas to engage and expand our audience.

12. Take calculated risks in content production to differentiate our brand in the digital space.

You will come in with the following skillsets:

· Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Film Production, or related field, or the equivalent in work experience

· Two (2) year’s experience in digital content production, particularly for YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms

· Knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram and Tiktok, their audiences, their different environments, and what types of content perform well on which platform

· Ability to stay current on trends, public expectations, what is popular and what is considered family friendly fun

· Storytelling by collaborating with all parties involved to understand the creative vision and narrative goals of the video, ensuring that the final product effectively communicates the intended message with an eye for visual design

· Able to problem-solve and address a situation from multiple perspectives

· Digital video content production tools and software skills

· Active listening skills

· Reading, speaking, writing, in-person and virtual communication skills to convey information effectively

· Self-motivated

· Ability to manage a project from beginning to end including providing direction and guidance to others

· Works well with others

· Able to manage one’s self and maintain organization

· Time management skills for a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge social platform guidelines and standards such as what is allowed/not allowed

· Ability to learn our brand guidelines and content culture quickly

· Collaboration ability to work closely with other members of the production team to ensure a seamless and effective post-production process

· Knows how to ask and accept feedback

This role is based out of our West Los Angeles offices and/or our Burbank satellite location so living in the LA area with required time regularly onsite as needed for meetings, collaboration and in-person communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.85 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
