The Opportunity:
This position will lead and inspire the Technician team in diagnosis and repair of work. The Shop Lead will bring a strong customer/quality focus and coordinate with the Sales Manager and Service Manager in developing and maintaining a positive and engaging work environment, and ensure the Service team provides top repair, service, and customer experience. Experienced Techs with strong communication and leadership skills looking to advance their career are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Hire, lead, and inspire the Technician team
- Ensure Technicians achieve required 7.5 chargeable hours
- Shop lead will achieve 6.5 hours chargeable hours
- Create developmental plans for each Technician
- Complete training requirements for each brand
- Exhibit and adhere to dealership’s Safety culture
Qualifications:
- A high-level of familiarity with diagnosis, equipment electronics, hydraulics, mechanical capabilities and equipment operation.
- Flexibility in scheduling and priority.
- Effective written communication for repairs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a collaborative results-oriented team environment.
- Personal and professional values and goals aligned with company values and culture including a demonstrated passion for the business and customers
