What you bring
- Bachelor’s in communications, graphic design or equivalent experience
- Strong project management skills are required. Must be able to create a project from beginning to end, set targets, meet deadlines, and measure performance.
- Experience in photography and photo editing
- Experience in video production and editing
- Strong graphic design skills for print and digital
- Customer-first attitude
- Strong skills using the Adobe Creative Suite of design software

Description:
- Design graphics and videos for PE's communications team
- Write effective messages for executives and the division
- Accelerate collaboration across PE groups utilizing various platforms
- Advance organizational and leadership communications capabilities
- Trusted communications partner and coach across the organization
Responsibilities:
- Create various graphics and videos to serve PE's communications needs
- Write compelling messages and stories for the PE divisions
- Work with internal business partners (HR, Leadership, etc.) to ensure alignment with company policies and goals
- Execute communications that inform, engage, and inspire our team in an accurate and timely manner
- Management of core communication channels and vehicles, ensuring alignment of themes, strategy and messages.
- Strengthening employee engagement to and advocacy of the PE brand and culture through targeted campaigns including: Consistency in branding and delivery; Evaluating the ongoing needs of the business to deliver the right communication via the right channel
- As a content creator and thought leader, oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of internal website and other digital channels.
- Stay abreast of emerging communications trends and establish best practices.
- Create and/or facilitate Division Meetings.
