What are the responsibilities and job description for the IMRL/CAL/Property Coordinator position at V2X Inc?
Performs a variety of duties which include maintaining records of Government/Company Owned equipment, material, parts and supplies for utilization and control. Ensures tool calibration programs are complied with. Applies technical knowledge of Company/Government supply, material, equipment, and tool control procedures, instructions, and regulations to ensure tool rooms and work centers operational needs are met.
Employs knowledge of inventory and property control procedures. Reads, interprets, and complies with detailed administration procedures, instructions, regulations, and applicable publications. Monitors Aircraft Maintenance Material Readiness List Program and other applicable manuals/publications. Must have a working knowledge of computer operation and related office equipment. Must have a working knowledge of aviation tools, supplies and logistics systems and the ability to understand and read supply and aircraft publications in written or electronic form. Must have a working knowledge of FAR Part 45 and 52 as it applies to their responsibilities.
Assists, as mission dictates, with a variety of logistics duties which include functions under Tool Room, Property Control, Warehouse, Aircraft Maintenance Support Unit (AMSU), Material, Component and Stock Control. These duties may include receiving, shipping, issuing, and stocking components, parts, and materials. Assist with warehouse inventories and completes data entry of inventoried and processed items. May be required to prepare requisitions and monitors until receipt. Utilizes logistics automation and information systems to perform logistics duties as required.
Must have completed Support Equipment (SE) Asset Manager course (Course C-555-0026C) or possess Marine Corps MOS 6042.
Must have three (3) years’ experience and/or proof of on the job training as an IMRL Manager.
Must have experience in automated inventory control of parts, materials and equipment management and property management functions.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Must have completed formal training conducted by the U.S. Armed Forces or training courses conducted by industry or civilian institutions.
Must have thorough knowledge of the packaging, storage, shipment and transfer of property and supplies.
Must have thorough knowledge on military property accountability procedures, forms, and records.
Must have working knowledge of the military/government supply system pertaining to aircraft parts, components, materials, and applicable maintenance/technical publications.
Must be able to read, interpret and follow technical manuals, directives, oral and written instructions, and other applicable data.
Must have knowledge of elementary arithmetic: addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication.
Must be familiar with general office concepts, practices, and procedures.
Must be computer literate.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must have the ability to work with others to effect solutions to ordinary situations/problems.
Must have excellent communication skills (oral & written).
Must be able to plan and prioritize work assignments with little or no supervision.
Must be willing and able to deal with the customer and company employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Must be able to meet any Government/Company licensing/qualification requirements for the position.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Must be able to work weekends, other shifts and overtime as required.
