V3 has a full-time Survey Project Manager opportunity to join our Indianapolis, IN team. Qualified candidates must possess strong interpersonal communication skills, a work ethic focused on meeting clients’ needs as a top professional priority, and an eagerness to learn. Our Survey Project Manager will manage surveying projects from office setup through the finished product; and, will sign, seal and produce various land surveys including but not limited to ALTA, Boundary, Topographic, Subdivision Surveys. Other responsibilities include bidding new projects, creating proposals, client interaction and maintaining project budgets.

General responsibilities include:

• Preparing various land surveys.
• Managing survey projects from setup through completion.
• Bidding new projects and writing proposals.
• Client interaction.
• Assist other Project Managers and Professional Land Surveyors with drafting and project preparation.

Qualifications:

• Previous land surveying experience in Indiana.
• Proficient in AutoCad Civil 3D experience in construction calculations/Boundary and Topographic Survey preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills required.
• Professional licensure a plus but not required.
