Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Manager to oversee and manage field operations at our Jurupa Valley location. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional management and leadership skills and a passion for driving team performance and success. The Field Manager will be responsible for ensuring project execution, managing schedules and resources, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of install workers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee and manage install operations, ensuring the successful execution of projects, adherence to timelines, and delivery of high-quality workmanship.
- Develop and implement efficient operation strategies, processes, and procedures to optimize delivery and resource utilization.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members and adherence to health and safety regulations. Evaluate and assess team performance, providing constructive feedback, coaching, and training to drive individual and collective growth.
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
- Strong technical expertise in solar energy systems, installation processes, and electrical principles.
- Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage competing deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
