Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:
Bachelor's degree (or ex-US equivalent) is required, in instructional design, training &
development or related field.
Must have 7 years of adult learning related experience; 5 years of experience preferably with learning solutions design.
Training delivery experience with web-based training, eLearning, train-the-t, blended learning, simulations, microlearning, action learning, mobile learning, and webinars.
Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning tools for skills building
pathways, and career streams.
Demonstration of successful curriculum design, leadership development, agile instructional
design, design thinking, innovation, project management, and adult learning competencies
strongly preferred.
Possesses communication skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at a senior level
Proven track record of getting stuff done and driving adoption
Ability to perform amid ambiguity
Self-directed with ability to make correct decisions in their day-to-day activities
