We are looking for a fast-paced, detail-oriented property inspector to inspect vacation rental properties in beautiful Perdido Key, FL and Orange Beach, AL!
The Quality Assurance team is essential for our company's success. The Inspector's primary responsibility is inspecting our rental properties to ensure they are in excellent condition for our guests and homeowners.
Overview of job responsibilities :
- Inspecting rentals for cleaning and maintenance issues
- Property preparation
- Property inventory and staging
- Delivering needed items to guests
The ideal candidate will :
- Have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) and a cell phone.
- Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Showcase outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Be energetic and guest focused.
This is a Full-Time position that offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k
