Social Media Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to generate inquiries and bookings for vacation rentals.
• Stay ahead of the curve by identifying and capitalizing on trends, events, and insights specific to South Florida.
• Manage and optimize LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
• Create compelling visual content, including video editing and TikTok creation/Instagram Reels, to captivate our audience.
• Track performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to achieve optimal results.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management, with a track record of driving results.
• In-depth understanding of the vacation rentals industry and South Florida's social landscape.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Strong video editing skills and the ability to create engaging TikToks and Reels.
• Confidence and self-motivation are key as this position is commission-based only.
