Job Description:
The IT Project Manager will report into IS&S PMO and will manage IT Projects within the company. This role will provide Project Management function for projects varying in complexity and ongoing enhancements. Project manager will work collaboratively across the company to ensure timely project implementations and functional adoption.
The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Managed projects with focus towards Scope, Schedule, Cost and Quality
- Develop and track all project activities at detailed level, including detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates and status reports
- Manage execution of day-to-day project activities including SDLC and SOX documentation and approvals
- Manage all project deliverables based on RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix), Project Exit/Closeout criteria and Project Success factors
- Organize and conduct project team meetings
- Facilitate decisions to keep driving towards overall business objectives
- Monitors project metrics for deviations in quality, cost, or schedule
- Monitors and reports all project risks and issues. Performs risk management to minimize project risks
- Report Project Risks and Delivery Deviations (Scope, Cost, Schedule, and Quality) to management and seeks alignment from the Steering Committee prior to implementing mitigation plans
- Manage project team members and vendors to deliver projects in a highly outsourced environment working with both on-shore and off-shore resources
- Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
- Embrace a lesson learned attitude and applies learning from one project to the other
- Uses technical acumen to enable removal of impediments, ask probing questions, and support team in issue resolution
- Actively identify and remove obstacles, waste and distractions that may impact the delivery
- Manage Agile and Waterfall projects as per ATI PMO Processes
- Organizes and facilitates all scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
- Used Agile/Waterfall and iterative SDLC methodologies base on project size and comp
Required:
- Bachelor's degree is required and preferred in one of teh following areas: Information Technology, Business, Computer Science
- A motivated, self-starter with project management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously
- 3 years of experience
Preferred:
- Experience in managing IT projects in Manufacturing / Engineering / IT Infrastructure, IT Security or Marketing and Sales functions
- IT Project Management with an IT integrator
- Project Management training or relevant certifications
- Scrum Master Training or certification
Salary : $50 - $60
