Remote - Monitoring Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst ( Monitoring Experience Required ) Summary:
Due to a recent merger, this organization is quickly growing along with its need for talented, experienced Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to enhance the Bank's proactive analysis for their monitoring systems for their Applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Monitoring applications (Solarwinds, Splunk, Dynatrace, etc.) so that they can partner with both technical monitoring engineers and functional business side application owners to ensure proactive analysis of performance of applications.
Required Skills:
- Strong Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
- Must have experience with one or more of the following Monitoring Applications - Solarwinds, Splunk, Dynatrace
- SQL - not from a development standpoint but an analysis perspective
- Really strong ability to effectively interact and communicate across IT and the Business side.
- Experience analyzing monitoring needs, translating them into requirements, and driving IT solutions that are geared toward critical business objectives.
- Banking experience preferred
