Job Title: Account Payable Specialist
Location: Woodbury ,NY
Duration: Permanent

Primary duties: process client billable expenses, record in our accounting system, follow up with vendors, process employee expense reimbursements, respond to emails regarding vendor invoices, etc.
Qualifications- ideally wants a JR accountant, someone with 2-3 years of AP experience, interested in growing, not a 10 year AP person. Has had employees start in this position and work there way up to Accounting Manager. Must have intermediate Excel skills - pivots, lookups
