Our client has an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Schedule: Full Time, Hybrid

Job Duties Include:
  • Process customer invoices and statements
  • Run aging reports
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies
  • Maintain filing system
  • B2B Collection calls and emails

Requirements:
  • 3 years of AR and Collection experience
  • Experience using large ERP systems such as NetSuite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent MS Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tables)
  • Experience uploading invoices to customer portals
