Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- Month-end and annual financial reporting process
- Manage the accounts payable/receivable team members.
- Responsible for general ledger activities
- Managing the payroll, treasury, and facility expenses
- Weekly cash forecasting
- KPI's to Senior Management
- Assist with all inventory accounting and analysis.
- Account Reconciliation Activities.
- Assign projects and direct accounting staff to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Strong ERP and Microsoft Excel software skills required. NetSuite would be a plus.
- 4 year degree in Accounting
- 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
