Job Description:
Role: IT Technician
Location: Dunmore, PA/Hybrid (3 office: 2 WFH)
Job type: Fulltime/Permanent
Job Summary:
We are looking to expand our IT/IS team with a candidate who can work independently as well as in a team environment when needed. Candidates must be willing to continuously develop knowledge and skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support all users with hardware and software-related issues.
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Provide support for local and remote staff members
- Provide backup for other team members as needed.
- ERP & CRM Software customization/testing / support
- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) Setup, tracking, and transmitting of EDI
- Systems Monitoring and Health checks.
- Aid in automating System’s monitoring and notification
- Aid in Systems backups and updates
- Active Directory user setup and security
- Aid in continuous improvement of systems, policies, and procedures
Qualification
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and provide technical support.
- Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software
- Willingness to continually learn and develop skills.
- Ability to fill multiple roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows
- Perform procedure reviews or create new procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years related experience or equivalent education.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $45,279.97 - $54,530.71 per year
