This year-round role coordinates the delivery of professional and compassionate guest service involving the protection and safety of the general public and resort assets. Applicants should be friendly, outgoing and service orientated individuals.

Skills / Requirements
- Guest service, Security or emergency services related experience preferred but not required. Essential abilities include: communicate clearly and concisely, consistent positive attitude while dealing with the public, stakeholders and employees, verbally de-escalate tense situations involving guests, strong writing skills, the ability to prepare clear and concise reports. Calm, clear and independent decision making is essential, coupled with a professional demeanor and strong compassionate background.
- Work is performed in an indoor and outdoor environment with exposure to adverse weather conditions. Potential to work in hazardous surroundings exists at all times including exposure to vehicle traffic, vicious animals, stressful and emergency situations. Directs traffic when needed. Must be capable of sitting in a vehicle and/or working on foot for extended periods. The ability to patrol and respond on bicycle, including e-bicycle, is desired.
