Job Summary
Manages and organizes guest vehicle keys. Records and responds to all radio contact for valet,bell ,and door staff. Operates the Property Management system for daily duties including: billing, general guest information, and updating current arrival / departure figures. Completes daily checklist of responsilbities.
Job Specifications:
- Expected Pay Range $20 - $22

- Shift & Schedule Availibilitiy: Full Time
- Skill Level: Intermediate
Job Responsiblities
- Records and responds to all radio calls
- manages and organizes vehicle keys
- Uses a computer operating system to input guest vehicle information to there reservation
- Tracks and updates guest information and current arrival and departure numbers.
- Prefomes key audit at beginning and end of shift.
- Comunicates closely with front office, bell, door, and valet staff
- Accepts and records money for daily vehicles, as well as processing througth PMS system
- General organization of Valet area including, maintaining group resumes, communicaiton boards,
- Charges and Records Hot Ticket vehicles in PMS
- Completes Daily Checklist
- Flexibilty required including AM, PM, weekends and holidays, Willing to discuss Part time options for appropriate candidates.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- High School/ GED
- Guest service experience preferred
- must hold a valid Drivers Liscence
- Proficient in Microsoft Word,Excel, and Outlook
- Able to communicate effectively in english both written and verbally
- able to work as a part of a team
- Ablility to multitask and stay organized.
The expected pay range is $20 - $22. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
