Client Accounting Specialist

As the Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will be responsible for high volume contact with our customers, collecting receivables and reconciling disputes. The right candidate will excel at controlling past due amounts through complex situations while keeping customer goodwill and driving results in a rapidly changing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Setup and running of daily batch billings and payments
- Setup of new customers accounts and transactions changing customer subscriptions
- Own and manage customer collections
- Provide timely resolution of past due and disputed items with customers
- Collaborate with customer, sales, customer success, and management to resolve issues
- Analyze information and communicates to supervisor as needed to determine next course of action
- Manage refunds, account adjustments, and write offs in accordance with company policies
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers including follow up dates and next steps
- Identify resolution of larger scale issues which are negatively impacting customer experience
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Will consider recent college grads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and task management skills
- Collaborative team player with customer service mentality for both external and internal customers
- Job requires employee be willing to communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency in delivery and prioritization of tasks
- Working knowledge of MS office Suite with strong Excel skills
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills and develop processes
Preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Zuora a plus
- Experience working with SMB customers a plus

- Salary Range for this position is $24-28 hourly
