Job Location: VALCOURT BUILDING NJ MST - MILLSTONE TOWNSHIP, NJ
Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 Hourly
Description
The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Code and process accounts payable invoices and Home Depot credit card statements
Maintain necessary backup documents such as MIA, W-9, COIs, etc. for each subcontractor.
Interpret subcontractor proposal language to create work orders.
Prepare and process warranty documentation according to manufacturer guidelines
Generate and distribute reports weekly or as needed
File and maintain records of work permits
Track, manage change orders on active contracts
Perform job setups in Sage (Construction software)
Create and collect deposits and non-AIA invoices
Experience with Microsoft Excel necessary
Experience with accounting software A plus

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Paycom a plus
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least five years related experience required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
