Requirements of the Quality Technician:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- High school diploma or GED; certification in precision inspection is advantageous
- Proficiency in using basic inspection tools and understanding inspection protocols
- Independent working capability with minimal guidance
- Skills in effective communication and problem-solving
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard software
- Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of components and products
- Assist in developing inspection methods and enhancements
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related process issues
- Manage and organize work and storage areas to maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Support the team and contribute to the overall quality objectives of Aero Turbine
- Support the team as needed
