Manage supply chain activities to support P1/P10 new products:
Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotation; Define detailed Supply Chain solutions;
Initiate, define and lead logistics FMEA & Information System;
Initiate VRF (Valeo Requirement File) for Supply Chain requirements (PUMA Portal); & validate suppliers logistic
protocols;
Define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging; Qualify supplier packaging;
Define, validate and qualify Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols;
Define and qualify Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows;
Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System;
Support on Continuous improvement Supply Chain process
Follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up...);
Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager;
Is responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4b (6 months after SOP);
Attend Project meetings and lead PM assignments;
Lead supply chain to support P0 projects.
Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging &
Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics
Providers Protocols, EDI/Web EDI...);
Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews);
Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to QS9000, V5000, TS16949, V1000, OHSAS18001
and ISO 14001 requirements.

- Participate in the line/industrial transfer, P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO):
Lead supply chain to support P0 projects.
- Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors:
Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics Guidelines, Packaging &
Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics
Providers Protocols, EDI/Web EDI...);
Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews);
Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to QS9000, V5000, TS16949, V1000, OHSAS18001
and ISO 14001 requirements.
- Avoid any obsolescence due to new product introduction and product phase out:
Validate close orders quantity and supply process;
Manage obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP);
Keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks.
Engineering school or equivalent, added by the Basics of SCM from APICS certification.
3 Years in Supply Chain Management, operational or project experience in Automotive Industry company.
