We are recruiting LCSWs for full and part-time (minimum 12 hours/week) remote positions. We offer fee-for-service and full-time salaried roles. Our clinicians use Valera Health’s proprietary telehealth platform to deliver comprehensive, accessible, and high-quality behavioral health care. Our health coach team will assist with patient engagement and logistical support, streamlining everyday tasks so you can focus on delivering the best clinical care for patients.

Responsibilities:
- Rendering evidence–based therapeutic treatment to patients
- Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through tele-video or telephone
- Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
- Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
- Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active LCSW, LICSW, LPC, or LMHC licensure in NY, NJ, AZ, MA, WA, OR, CT, VT, FL, or TX
- 3 years of demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatment
- 1 year of experience with documenting and treatment planning within an EMR
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
- Two years of experience providing clinical supervision (for those interested in a supervisory role)
- Prior telehealth experience
- Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
- Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients
