POSITION OVERVIEW
The contractor shall provide support to the CNGB by serving as a functional domain analyst focusing on Air Threats an Air Defense. The ideal candidate should have a background in the Air and Air Defense domain and all-source analysis with experience briefing senior government officials.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide expert analytical support guided by the latest National Security Strategy and National Defense Strategy.
Coordinate, assemble, produce and brief a daily TS/SCI current intelligence report that addresses strategic issues focused on Air & Air Defense
respond to NGB Senior Leader, NGB JS, and JFHQ RFIs or request for the dissemination of information
Monitor applicable Combatant Command, JIOC, Intelligence Production Centers, Intelligence Agencies, Law Enforcement Agencies, U.S. embassies and IC wide watch desks for initial and imminent threat reporting
Collaborate with responsible intelligence agencies to collect additional information regarding the threat and produce an executive summary as needed
Assist the NGB JS in developing strategy, planning operations and campaigns, and offering best military advice for effective joint and multinational operations.
Advise and inform the NGB J2 Governance branch leads for all intelligence aspects of the OE
ensure collateral intelligence summaries are generated each workday on SIPRNET and disseminated to a distribution list
ensure a classified read-book/ eBook is generated and provided to the offices of the CNGB and Vice CNGB each workday via courier
provide intelligence support to NGB senior leader foreign engagements. Subcontractor shall ensure dissemination of intelligence report(s) on anticipated foreign dignitary visits to or from the Office of the CNGB based on the scheduled visits outlined on the CNGB Calendar
Current Top Secret clearance and SSBI investigation with eligibility to be read on to SCI.
Extensive experience authoring and briefing intelligence products.
Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.
Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
Ability to provide in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
Desired Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience
