Position Description

Valiant Solutions is seeking a Senior Workflow Management to join our growing team!  This Project Management Professional should have significant experience in workflow management and oversight, SAFe Agile experience, Microsoft Project and Teams, Azure DevOps board management, change management oversight and process flow, task tracking and prioritization to join our growing team.

Position Summary:

As a Senior Project Management Professional focusing on workflow management and SAFe Agile practices, this role is pivotal in ensuring effective project delivery, overseeing workflow processes, and driving organizational success. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in project management, SAFe Agile methodologies, and proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Teams, and Azure DevOps for efficient board management and task tracking.

 

This role offers flexibility in location, with the option for placement in Boyers, PA or Macon, GA. While it supports full-time remote work, there may be occasional onsite requirements. Remote work necessitates a high-level trust in our employees and we strictly adhere to the details found below in our Remote Work Policy. 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • 10 years of related experience, focusing on workflow management, SAFe Agile practices, and change management oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience tracking tasks across various platforms, including MS Project, Azure DevOps board, KanBan boards, Remedy, and other related platforms
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with running and managing projects from within teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in SAFe Agile methodology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize project workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, efficient task execution, and timely project completion.
  • Apply SAFe Agile methodologies to enhance project delivery, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project and Teams to create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, and collaboration, fostering effective communication among team members.
  • Oversee the Azure DevOps board, ensuring accurate task tracking, prioritization, and efficient utilization of Agile boards for development and delivery teams.
  • Implement and oversee change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to project workflows.
  • Analyze and optimize project and workflow processes to enhance efficiency, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain robust systems for tracking tasks, prioritizing activities, and ensuring team members are aligned with project objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project alignment with strategic goals and organizational priorities.
  • Generate and analyze project-related reports, providing insights into key performance indicators, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
