Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures and solutions to support complex defense projects. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the technology landscape and driving innovation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, principles, and standards to guide technology decisions and investments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and objectives, and translate them into technical solutions and architectural designs.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise architectures that meet current and future business needs.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on the enterprise architecture.
  • Develop and maintain architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, roadmaps, and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders on architectural best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  • Lead architecture reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with architectural standards and principles.
  • Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to ensure alignment between enterprise architecture and solution architectures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the enterprise architecture and enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to enterprise architecture, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, preferably in a defense or aerospace environment.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing enterprise-level architectures, including infrastructure, applications, data, and security architectures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical and business requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • TS/SCI

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Certification in enterprise architecture or related field (e.g., TOGAF certification).
  • Experience with cloud computing technologies and architectures, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of DEVSECOPS principles and practices, and experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks, such as COBIT or ITIL.
  • Experience with enterprise risk management and cybersecurity principles.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
