We are seeking an aggressive and well-organized Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly analytical and sharp, and is capable of completing several projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating project proposals, developing bid packages and preparing estimates for potential customers. This is a permanent position which offers competitive salary and the potential for benefits for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare bids for clients.
  • Type up estimates.
  • Create a bid document using CRM and estimating software.
  • Work with customers.
  • Communicate with Sales/Project Management staff.
  • Research the market price of products.
  • Analyze and interpret data.
  • Prepare bid documents.
  • Prepare job completion packets.
  • Ability to use or learn to use takeoff software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,736.00 - $55,665.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday

  • Construction estimating: 1 year (Required)
