Program Coordinator - Resident Program - Full Time
SUMMARY: Provides direction and day-to-day coordination of educational and departmental activities including administrative support to the Director of the residency program and Chief Residents; and educational coordination between attending physicians, residents, medical students and institutional and regulatory administrative offices.
Experience:
- Minimum one year related experience required.
- Two years related experience preferred.
- Advanced computer skills including desktop-publishing, word processing, databases and interest in continuing education in this area.
- Background in healthcare preferred.
- Research and data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with other departments and outside agencies.
- Ability to work with individuals from different countries and cultures.
- Skills in coordinating multiple, simultaneous ongoing program demands.
- Knowledgeable in budget preparation and allocations.
- Organizational abilities, attention to detail, dependability and trustworthiness.
Education/Licenses/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Position Details: Full time, 80 hours per pay period.
Pay Range: $24.90-$38.00
